BusUndo is a free, community-driven platform for sharing bus route information in Kerala. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You may use BusUndo to search for bus routes and contribute route data.

2. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Google OAuth to contribute bus route data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Searching and viewing bus routes does not require an account.

3. Contributions

• By submitting bus data, you grant BusUndo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that data publicly.
• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or spam data.
• Contributions are reviewed before being made public.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Bus route data is crowdsourced and may not always be accurate or up to date. BusUndo does not guarantee the accuracy of any route, timing, or fare information. Always verify with the bus operator for critical travel plans.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download data from BusUndo.
• Submit spam, intentionally false, or misleading information.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or overload the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The BusUndo name, logo, and website design are the property of BusUndo. User-contributed bus route data is made available under a public license for the benefit of the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

BusUndo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service or reliance on the data provided, including but not limited to missed buses, incorrect fares, or travel disruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BusUndo at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
